SGM Leblanc, SFC Simon, & I decided to embark on a journey.  We had not been to many of the palaces and figured it was time to go exploring.  I have a page with pictures of palaces on the site already, but those were from Brian.  It was so different to actually be there and stand atop these historical monuments.  These pictures are amongst the best I have ever taken.

This first set of pics is from a place called "The Flintstone House."  It almost looks like the whole place is made of paper mache.  The least we can figure is that maybe it was a place for children to play.  Lots of secret hiding spots and a beautiful backdrop!

These pics are of the Al Faw Palace.  It looks huge from the outside, but it is even more magnificent on the inside.  It has got the biggest chandelier I have ever seen, & these pictures really do it no justice!

The answer is Yes!  Yes, you may use any of the photos that you want from my website.  You also have permission to link my site!   I do ask that they not be used to portray anything negative.  Help me spread the positive word around about the troops!  Thanks!
